Sacred dance joins people spirituality, emotionally, and socially. While engaging in gentle movement sacred dance allows participants to experience joy and inner peace.

We are delighted to offer a Sacred Dance evening in the Cill Dara room at Solas Bhride on Wednesday, 20^th October from 7.30 – 9.00pm

Terry and Betty will guide the participants through sacred movement in a safe environment adhering to all relevant Covid guidelines.

No previous experience is necessary, there will be a warm welcome for all.
