We invite you to join with us for first of our three evenings of reflection, meditation, and practice on the themes of:
Personal Loss and Grief: This evening we will take time to remember our loved ones who have died.
Over the next two weeks we will reflect on:
Week 2: Communal Loss and Grief where we remember collective grief during times of
trauma, war, displacement and violence and the loss of belonging or sense of home
Week 3: The Grief of our Planet Earth where we remember the loss of biodiversity and
the extinction and threatened extinction of many life-forms.
Each session will include a short input on the theme, music, reflections and compassion practices and sharing.
Each session stands alone but we would be delighted for you to join us for all three.
